Shawn Peterson leads the Building and Community Energy Programs at MaRS Advanced Energy Centre. Shawn has previously spent time with Tishman Speyer and the Urban Land Institute in New York focused on evaluating building performance and identifying opportunities/best practices to improve energy efficiency. In 2015, Shawn was selected as an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow. He holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University in the City of New York and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
