Richard Corley is a partner and leads Goodmans’ Outsourcing and Cleantech practice groups.  He has over 25 years of experience assisting clients to successfully complete complex M&A and commercial transactions in IT, cleantech and renewables. Richard’s practice complements his personal interest and involvement in energy conservation and alternatives. He is involved with the Canadian implementation of the Third Industrial Revolution initiative, which integrates distributed renewable energy, low-energy buildings, intelligent power distribution and management, and energy storage systems. Richard was named a member of Canada’s 2016 Clean50, a program honouring leaders who are advancing the cause of sustainability in Canada. He is a director of the Canadian Institute for Exponential Growth and is a member of the Canadian Solar Industries Association.
